Co-Host / Executive Producer
Llama
Llama is a co-host for TCWT Media’s longest running podcast, True Crime & Wine Time, with the lovely Teri True Crime. She is also the creator and host of Couch Court with Llama and Llama Learns About.
Known for her thoughtful analysis and approachable on-camera presence, Llama blends in-depth research with a conversational style that makes complex cases and topics accessible without losing their weight or importance.
After working behind the scenes in production, Llama eventually did what many producers swear they never will and stepped in front of the camera. She now brings her love of court coverage, storytelling, and community engagement directly to audiences, along with a lifelong obsession with television, film, and learning weird new things for no practical reason other than curiosity.
Llama approaches true crime and legal coverage with empathy, context, and a strong commitment to mental health advocacy. She believes that responsible storytelling should prioritize understanding, accountability, and the people affected by these cases, while still allowing room for humor, connection, and shared experience.
Beyond the content itself, Llama is deeply invested in building inclusive, supportive communities where serious discussions can happen in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Whether she’s on the couch with friends, diving into court documents, or exploring something completely new, her goal remains the same: to learn, to engage, and to make space for meaningful conversations that don’t forget to be human.
For Llama, TCWT Media is more than a network, it’s a place where curiosity, compassion, and community come together.
